  1. Survey & specification – we review drawings, programme and access to build a task list per area/plot.

  2. RAMS & mobilisation – site-specific Risk Assessments & Method Statements, COSHH sheets, inductions, colour-coding, PPE.

  3. Phase delivery – builders’ clean area-by-area, coordinated with trades and snagging.

  4. Sparkle – fine detail and presentation pass ahead of client walk-through.

  5. Sign-off pack – dated checklist, before/after photos (if required) and invoice.


Health, safety & compliance

  • Site-specific RAMS, COSHH data and toolbox talks supplied

  • PPE and safe systems of work for live sites

  • Colour-coded cleaning to prevent cross-contamination

  • Electrical safety: 110v where needed; PAT-tested equipment
